• Contact information, including your name and email address.
• Order information, including products, amounts, currency, invoices, refunds and transaction references.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, device/browser data, cart and session identifiers.
• Messages, support requests, survey responses and content you choose to share in the community.
• Your cookie choice and, only after you accept optional cookies, Meta advertising and measurement data such as page views, checkout and purchase events, page URL, browser/device data and cookie identifiers.
Complete payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
• Contract: to take payment, confirm orders, deliver the challenge and digital products, send essential service messages, provide support and process refunds.
• Legal obligation: to keep accounting, tax and other records required by law.
• Legitimate interests: to secure and administer the website, prevent fraud, answer requests and improve the service without optional tracking.
• Consent: to use Meta Pixel and optional advertising cookies for ad attribution and campaign measurement. You may refuse or withdraw this consent at any time through Cookie settings.
We do not use your purchase email for unrelated promotional messages unless we have a valid legal basis to do so. Transactional messages needed to deliver your purchase do not require marketing consent.
We use Hostinger for hosting; WordPress, WooCommerce, FunnelKit and YayCurrency to operate the website and checkout; Stripe to process payments; MailerLite to deliver purchase and challenge emails; YouTube for live sessions; and Facebook for the private community. If you accept optional advertising cookies, Meta receives measurement events through Meta Pixel. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and may act as our processor or as an independent controller under their own privacy terms.
We may also share data with professional advisers, authorities or courts when legally required, and with a successor if the business or relevant assets are transferred.
Some providers may process data outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or another lawful safeguard. Strictly necessary cookies keep the website, cart, checkout, payment security and currency selection working. WooCommerce uses woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart for the browser session and wp_woocommerce_session_ for 2 days. Stripe may use necessary security and payment cookies during checkout. YayCurrency stores the selected currency so prices remain consistent.
Our first-party dfl_optional_tracking cookie stores accepted or declined for 180 days so we can remember your choice.
Meta Pixel is optional and does not load until you choose Accept. If accepted, Meta may set _fbp and _fbc for up to 90 days to identify a browser and measure which ads lead to page views, checkout and purchases. Meta may receive the page URL, event time, browser/device information and the relevant event and order values. We currently do not use Google Analytics.
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept, refuse or withdraw optional cookies. Withdrawal stops new Meta tracking immediately and removes the Meta cookies that we can remove from this site. Data already lawfully sent before withdrawal is not affected. Read the Meta Cookie Policy.
Order, invoice and accounting records are normally kept for 7 years as required by Estonian accounting law. Customer-support and contract records are normally kept for up to 3 years after the relationship ends, or longer while a dispute or legal obligation remains. The cookie-choice record is kept for 180 days. Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc may remain for up to 90 days unless you withdraw consent or remove them earlier. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed to investigate and prevent abuse. A minimal suppression record may be retained when needed to respect an unsubscribe or objection.
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data; object to processing; and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Send requests to hello@drawforaliving.com. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or to the supervisory authority in your country.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong password and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.
The service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent or enter a purchase contract in their country. A parent or guardian should make the purchase and supervise participation where required.
