The 3-Minute Caricature Challenge comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@drawforaliving.com from the address used for the order and include your order number if available.
The 14-day period starts on the date of purchase. We may ask only for information needed to locate and refund the transaction; you do not need to justify your decision.
A TIER 1 course pre-order may be refunded at any time before the course opens and for 14 days after the course opens. The course is planned to open approximately 4–7 September 2026. If the opening date changes materially, purchasers will be informed by email.
Any refund right or guarantee shown for a digital download at checkout applies in addition to mandatory consumer rights. Where the VIP Toolkit is purchased together with the challenge and the order is refunded under the challenge guarantee, the refund treatment will follow the order summary and applicable law.
At checkout you may be asked to agree to immediate digital access. Our checkout wording expressly preserves the stated 14-day refund right: “I agree to immediate access and understand I keep my 14-day refund right.” This contractual guarantee is not removed by accessing the materials.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and may take several business days after we issue the refund. We do not charge a refund-processing fee.
If we cancel the challenge and do not offer a reasonable replacement, affected purchases will be refunded. If a material technical problem prevents us from providing paid access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, contact support for an appropriate remedy.
