The 3-Minute Caricature Challenge comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@drawforaliving.com from the address used for the order and include your order number if available.
The 14-day period starts on the date of purchase. We may ask only for information needed to locate and refund the transaction; you do not need to justify your decision.
A course pre-order may be refunded at any time before the course opens and for 14 days after opening. The complete course opens on 2 November 2026. Purchasers will receive access instructions by email. If the opening date changes materially, purchasers may request a full refund.
Any refund right or guarantee shown for a digital download at checkout applies in addition to mandatory consumer rights. Where the Client-Ready Toolkit is purchased together with the challenge and the order is refunded under the challenge guarantee, the refund treatment will follow the order summary and applicable law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and may take several business days after we issue the refund. We do not charge a refund-processing fee.
If we cancel the challenge and do not offer a reasonable replacement, affected purchases will be refunded. If a material technical problem prevents us from providing paid access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, contact support for an appropriate remedy.
