These Terms and Conditions apply to digital products and online events sold through Draw For A Living. The seller is Billionart OÜ, Estonia. Contact: hello@drawforaliving.com.

2. The challenge

The 3-Minute Caricature Challenge is a three-evening live online educational event scheduled for Friday 21 August, Saturday 22 August, and Sunday 23 August 2026, from 19:00 to 20:30 EET. The programme includes live teaching, supporting materials, access to the private community described on the sales page, and replay access as stated at checkout.

The challenge teaches drawing and business methods. It does not promise any particular drawing speed, client numbers, income, employment outcome, or business result. Examples from Kristjan Juusu’s work describe his own experience and are not participant guarantees.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros as final customer-facing prices. Payment is processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your complete card number.

The optional VIP Toolkit and any optional course pre-order are separate purchases. Your order summary shows every selected item and the total before you confirm payment.

4. Digital access and delivery

After successful payment, order confirmation and access instructions are sent to the email address supplied at checkout. The instant bonus PDF is delivered by email and/or made available on the confirmation page. Facebook group and live-session details may be provided closer to the event.

You are responsible for providing a working email address, checking spam folders, and having a device and internet connection suitable for Zoom and the stated community platform.

5. Course pre-orders

The self-paced TIER 1 course pre-order is for a course planned to open approximately 4–7 September 2026. The final modules are being completed after the challenge. If the opening date changes materially, purchasers will be informed by email and may request a refund.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The challenge includes a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Course pre-orders may be refunded at any time before the course opens and for 14 days after opening. Full details and the request process are set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Your right to use the materials

All course videos, worksheets, templates, downloads, branding, and teaching materials are protected by intellectual-property law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and business. You may not resell, share, upload, reproduce, or distribute the materials or account access.

8. Community conduct

Treat participants, instructors, and moderators respectfully. Do not post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or promotional content. We may remove content or revoke community access where reasonably necessary to protect participants or the service. This does not limit applicable refund rights.

9. Availability and changes

We may make reasonable changes to timings, delivery details, or instructors when circumstances beyond our control require it. If we cancel the challenge and do not offer a reasonable replacement, affected purchases will be refunded.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, or business decisions made from educational content. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

11. Privacy

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Transactional messages necessary to deliver your purchase are separate from optional marketing consent.

12. Governing law and complaints
