• Contact and account information, such as your name and email address.
• Order information, selected products, amounts, currency, invoices, refund status, and transaction references.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device/browser data, cookie identifiers, and pages or checkout steps used, where enabled.
• Messages, support requests, survey responses, and content you choose to share in the community.
• Marketing preferences and consent records.
Complete payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
• To take payment, confirm orders, deliver the challenge and digital products, provide support, and process refunds — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To keep accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records — necessary for legal obligations and legitimate interests.
• To operate and improve the website, checkout, emails, and customer experience — based on legitimate interests and, where required, consent.
• To send optional promotional email — only when you have given marketing consent or another lawful basis applies. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use service providers to host the website, operate WordPress/WooCommerce and FunnelKit, process payments through Stripe, deliver email, provide Zoom sessions, and operate the private Facebook community. Each provider receives only the data reasonably needed for its role and processes it under its own terms and privacy safeguards.
We may also share data with professional advisers, authorities, or courts when legally required, and with a successor if the business or relevant assets are transferred.
Some providers may process data outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer safeguard.
The site may use necessary cookies for login, cart, checkout, security, and preferences. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, including Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, will be activated only after identifiers and an appropriate consent setup are approved. We keep order and accounting records for the period required by Estonian law. The service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent or enter a purchase contract in their country. A parent or guardian should make the purchase and supervise participation where required.
